Raccoon City... I barely escaped that hellish nightmare... my friends... my family... the number of survivors is frighteningly low... my team... Mike and Michelle are the only other Delta Team members still alive... Delta Team... the best to have ever joined S.T.A.R.S. and most of us were rookies... we were never ready for this... no one was... not even me... is it finally over?... hmm... no... I'll never stop... not until I'm dead...

I can't stop having the same nightmares of the Viral Outbreak in Raccoon City... my home... but this was different some how... I started to slip into a deeper an even more depressing state of mind... I feel like my head is going to explode... my skin itches me to rip it apart... as my vision depicts of flesh and blood flowing with no obvious meaning... its making my head hurt even more... but I can't seem to wake up... as I tried to find a reason in my mind for all of this I started to see a subway... its empty... no......... through the walls!... zombies... no... monsters floating on air... ghosts?... "AHHH!" my head!...
*THUD THUD THUD* I woke up finding myself laying on the carpet next to the couch... I got up and then plopped myself back on the couch *THUD THUD THUD* again?... so that wasn't my head... I held my head in pain... and then held my handgun slightly pulling it out of it's holster from under the pillow... "Come in the door is unlocked... my grip tighten as I saw a friend of mine who was another survivor of the Raccoon City's Viral Outbreak... "Merc!?... what the hell are you doing here?"...
